Meet the second of our fantastic chefs on #InternationalChefsDay, Jamie! 🧑🏼🍳
With over ten years of experience, Jamie is one of our most exciting young talents within the business. He started his career at the ripe old age of 14, working a few shifts in his local pub after watching cooking tv shows and cooking at home. From there, Jamie went on to get a place at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and graduated with a distinction. He went on to work at City Social, and then as private ski chalet chef before landing a job at Heston Blumenthal’s three-Michelin star restaurant, The Fat Duck 🦆
Jamie joined the AT family in 2021 and is one of our up-and-coming event Sous Chefs having worked at The Open, Queen Tennis, Silverstone GP, Goodwood Revival and many more! Jamie’s also competed in a multitude of competitions representing the Junior England Culinary Team in The Culinary World Cup.
We’re so proud to have Jamie on board and look forward to seeing what the future holds!
